Registration and Profile

Registration is entirely free. As an Employee User, you can create an account, build your profile, and showcase your portfolio of past work without any cost.

Paid Membership Fee

Employee Users may choose to upgrade to a paid membership plan to reduce their platform fee rate. The available plans are:

• Basic (Free)
• Advanced – $19.99/month
• Pro – $49.99/month

Platform Fee (Earnings-Based)

When you are hired for a project and receive payment through the platform, a platform fee will be applied to the amount you receive at the time of each transaction. This fee ranges from 4% to 15%, depending on your account strength, membership tier, and the transaction amount. Transaction and Bank Charges

Any charges incurred through the payment process—whether from payout handling, digital wallets, or your personal bank—are your responsibility as the Employee User. These fees may arise when withdrawing funds from the platform or based on the payment method selected. WPS does not control or retain third-party financial institution fees.

All Other Platform Features

Searching for projects, submitting bids, messaging employers, and managing your profile are all free and accessible to all Employee Users, regardless of membership level.

When you hire one or more Employee Users and make a payment through the platform, a platform fee will be applied to the transaction amount at the time of each payment. This fee ranges from 4% to 15%, depending on your account strength, membership tier, and the transaction amount. Transaction and Bank Charges

All Other Platform Features

Browsing projects, posting jobs, reviewing applications, and messaging Employee Users are all free and accessible to all Employers, regardless of membership level.

Bank Charges

All bank charges arising from making payments to or receiving payments from our platform should be borne by the respective party. This means that employee members should cover the charges for sending payments, if applicable.
