- Photography:
- 2 photographers for 4 days.
- High-resolution delivery of event photos on-site.
- Translation:
- Instant translator proficient in Arabic to Cantonese/English.
- Transportation:
- 1 luxury car with an English-speaking driver for 4 days.
- 2 SUVs with English-speaking drivers for 4 days.
- Dining:
- Luxury restaurant reservations for lunch and dinner for 20 people (4 days).
- Accommodation:
- Executive suite at a 5-star hotel with breakfast (4 days).
- 20–30 5-star hotel rooms with breakfast (4 days).
- Meeting Room:
