We connect crew members, freelancers, production companies, service providers, equipment & studio rental suppliers, and more, with clients seeking production services for various media projects, including but not limited to photography, video, film, television, and documentaries.

1. Your Agreement with WPS

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. Please note that these terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our platform implies your acceptance of these changes.

2. Platform Overview

WPS operates as an online platform that acts as an intermediary between Employer Users and Employer Users. Employers award their production projects to WPS, and the platform, in turn, efficiently coordinates the required professionals or service providers to ensure the seamless and secure delivery of these productions. All users must create an account to access and utilize our platform, which facilitates collaborative work on production projects.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must meet the following criteria:

- Be capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

- Be at least 16 years old.

- Not be barred from receiving or providing services under your local jurisdiction's laws.

- Not be under suspension from our platform.

- Possess a valid email address.

- Possess a valid Identity Card.

Individuals, not organizations or businesses, should create and manage free user accounts. Users associating a business or company name with their account acknowledge that this User Agreement binds them as individuals, with sole responsibility for all activities linked to their account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration to any individual or entity at our discretion.

4. Proper Usage of WPS

While using the WPS platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

- Posting content or items in inappropriate categories.

- Violating any laws, infringing on third-party rights, or breaching our policies.

- Failing to make payments for services rendered.

- Publishing false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or offensive content, including personal information.

- Undermining feedback or reputation systems, such as misusing feedback information or using it for purposes unrelated to the platform.

- Transferring your WPS account or username to another party without our consent.

- Distributing or posting spam, unsolicited communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

- Sharing viruses or other technologies that can harm the platform, users, or their rights and privacy.

- Downloading and aggregating listings from our platform without our explicit permission.

- Attempting to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software programs.

- Copying, modifying, or distributing content from the platform, including user copyrights and trademarks.

- Collecting information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

- Creating multiple accounts for unfair advantages to get hired.

Using WPS to facilitate financial transactions, including cryptocurrency exchange, is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to allegations of infringement. Please notify us through the provided channels if you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated.

6. Promotion and Use of User Content

WPS may choose to display your profile information and project descriptions, including company, business, or individual names, logos, images, and marketing materials. Unless you request otherwise, we may use this information for marketing and related purposes.

User-generated content remains the property of the respective user. However, by using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, sublicensable, irrevocable, royalty-free license under all relevant intellectual property rights to use, reproduce, transmit, publish, publicly display, adapt, and distribute this content.

7. Content Control

We provide a platform for the online distribution and publication of user content. While we aim to maintain the quality of content, we reserve the right to take action at our discretion with respect to user-generated content. We may reject, approve, or modify user content as we see fit.

By uploading or submitting content, you represent and warrant that your content:

- Does not infringe upon or misappropriate any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights.

- Does not violate any laws or regulations.

- Is not defamatory, obscene, libelous, or contains pornography.

- Is not related to the development, design, manufacture, or production of illegal weapons.

- Is not linked to terrorist activities.

- Does not include incomplete, false, or inaccurate information.

- Does not contain viruses or other harmful computer programming routines.

We may transfer your personal information within our network of related entities and beyond. If you withdraw your consent, you may lose access to the platform and its services

Our platform includes links to third-party websites. We do not control these external sites and do not endorse their content, products, services, or practices.

8. Feedback, Reputation, and Reviews

At WPS, we acknowledge the importance of feedback and reviews. Users transferring copyright to any feedback, reputation, or reviews, along with their ratings and comments, grant us ownership of this content. We may use this feedback for our website, benefiting our community and enhancing trust and transparency.

Please avoid actions that undermine our feedback system, as we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when necessary.

9. Advertising

Advertisements and promotions may appear on our platform. You agree that WPS is not responsible for any damages resulting from these advertisements or any subsequent interactions with third parties. 11. Right to Refuse Service

We may close, suspend, or limit access to your account without specifying a reason. We have this discretion in cases where users breach the User Agreement, attempt to renegotiate pricing privately, infringe on legal rights, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, fail to respond to account verification requests, or do not complete verification within three months of the request.

12. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the policy.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WPS and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint venturers, and employees against any claims, demands, legal fees, and costs made by third parties due to your breach of this User Agreement or your infringement of any law or third-party rights while using the platform.

14. No Warranty as to Content

Please be aware that information on our platform is dynamic and may change frequently. We do our best to prevent offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or misleading content, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of all content.
