About Me

I am Abubakar Muhammad Sa'id, a multicultural and results-driven professional with a strong background in research, program management, and data analysis. With years of experience working in governance, humanitarian initiatives, and sustainable development, I have developed expertise in leveraging AI, machine learning, and cross-cultural communication to drive impactful change.

Currently serving as a Technical Assistant to the Director General, Research and Documentation, Government House, Kano, I play a key role in policy research, strategic documentation, and governmental reporting. My previous experience as a Program Officer for the Peace Ambassadors Centre for Humanitarian Aid and Empowerment allowed me to lead large-scale projects, including training 4,000 people under the United Nations Mine Action Service in Explosive Ordnance Risk Education.

Additionally, I am the Secretary II of the First Aid Sunnah Group of Nigeria, where I contribute to humanitarian response and community welfare. As the founder of AMSE Spectrum Solutions, I am dedicated to empowering women, promoting political education, and advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

My professional expertise extends to managing high-profile projects, conducting data-driven research, and developing innovative solutions to community and governance challenges. I am particularly passionate about policy development, grassroots empowerment, and enhancing government accountability through research-driven insights.
