About Me

I am S*b*i*A*a*m*d, a travel content creator, freelance journalist, documentary filmmaker, and public relations expert based in Bangladesh. With over seven years of experience in television and digital media, I have had the privilege of contributing to various national and international organizations through my work in video production, journalism, and communication.

My career began in television, where I worked on special programs for Jamuna Television, including crime reporting and producing documentary series like "Bhalobashar Bangladesh" during the early pandemic. One of my significant projects was "Unnayan Rekha," a series in collaboration with WaterAid focusing on the sixth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) related to clean water and sanitation.

As a freelance journalist, I have had the opportunity to work with prestigious organizations like BBC News and Channel News Asia. My role at BBC News as a shoot-edit journalist and my internship with BBC Bengali Service equipped me with valuable skills in producing digital and multimedia stories. My documentary "Bangladesh’s Delta Digester," aired on Channel News Asia, received multiple awards and showcased my documentary filmmaking capabilities.

In addition to my media career, I have served as a part-time faculty member at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and the Media Lab in charge at SUB, where I trained students in various aspects of video production, including storyboarding, cinematography, and post-production. My focus on multimedia and digital content production has equipped students with practical skills and applied media knowledge.
