Having worked across the UK, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, and Korea, Dean settled in Japan to further his career. Throughout his time in Japan, he has excelled as a talent and casting director, now also specializing in influencer casting, management, and consulting. He has successfully cast hundreds of talents in projects spanning fashion shows, movies, and commercials. As a line producer, Dean supports productions in Japan by assembling local teams and managing on-the-ground coordination. He makes things happen.
