About Me

I’m a Cinematographer and Gaffer who lives and breathes visual storytelling—not in a pretentious way but in the “let’s make something unforgettable” kind of way. I specialize in shaping bold, emotionally resonant stories, whether that means crafting the perfect frame with an ARRI film rig, dialing in color on a RED, or maximizing the capabilities of Sony’s digital systems.

On set, I’m the person who knows exactly what to do when someone says, “Make it feel like 3 AM in 1974, but also romantic.” I’ve lit everything from kitchen-sink dramas to fever-dream music videos using HMI, LED, and Tungsten fixtures—basically, if it glows, I’ve made it tell a story.

I've helped directors sculpt distinct visual worlds across 30+ short films, documentaries, and music videos—including Abel, Chuckle with Russell, and the deeply strange but lovable Pity Party. My work has been shown at festivals like the Black Filmmakers Rebellion, San Diego Black Film Festival, and Poppy Jasper International Film Festival. I hold an MFA in Film and TV Production from Loyola Marymount and a BFA in Photography from Kansas State.

TL;DR: I build the look, feel, and soul of every frame—and then I light it up.
