Crew and Host Needed in Malaysia for the Event BigSeller Malaysia Summit Hybrid Project

Location: Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel, Malaysia

Event Duration: 5 hours (1:30 PM to 6:00 PM)

 

Project Overview:

We are supporting the BigSeller Malaysia Summit by providing comprehensive photo and video coverage as well as bilingual MC/host services for the upcoming event. Our goal is to ensure that the summit's key moments are captured effectively, showcasing the event's highlights and ensuring smooth communication throughout. The event will bring together key stakeholders from the e-commerce industry, and our media services will help enhance the summit’s visibility and impact.

Objective:

Create high-quality media content for the BigSeller Malaysia Summit including bilingual MC/compere, photography, and videography to showcase the event's highlights and enhance post-event promotional efforts.

Personnel and Media Requirements:

1. MC/Compere (Bilingual Host)

   • Roles: Malay-English bilingual MC/host (male and female) to manage event flow, introduce speakers, and engage with the audience.
   • Duration: 4 hours + Rehearsal
   • Quantity: 2 Hosts
   • Language Requirement: Fluent in both Malay and English, Chinese speaking will be a bonus.
   • Location: Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel
   • Note: Includes the cost for writing the event scripts.

 

2. Photographer

1. • Roles: Capture key moments and important attendees at the summit.
   • Quantity: 2 Photographer
   • Duration: 5 hours of photography
   • Chinese speaking is a bonus

 

3. Photo Retoucher

1. • Roles: Select and clean/retouch the photos from the photographer in a really quick way.
   • Requirement: Upload the photos to the photo stream platforms.
   • Quantity: 2 Retouchers
   • Duration: 5 hours of retouching
   • Chinese speaking is a bonus

 

4. Videographer

1. • Roles: Record the guests and fun/highlights moments of the entire event using a small camera Sony Fx3 + Gimbal for roaming around.
   • Video Duration: 2-4 minutes highlight video showcasing the summit's key moments. We have a reference video to share once you are interested.
   • Delivery: The video will be delivered within 3 days after the event.
   • Quantity: 1 Videographer
   • Duration: 5 hours of filming
   • Services: Post-event editing and delivery.
   • Chinese speaking is a bonus
